JustBooks.co.uk gets its information from a number of third party databases. If you find a mistake, the original data providers need to be informed so the problem can get corrected. Here's how to do that:

  1. Make a note of the problematic book record, including ISBN, author, title, and whatever other incorrect information you notice
  2. Email catalog-errors(at)bookfinder.com, describing the error you found and the suggested correction. Make sure to mention the ISBN of the problematic book, and fully describe the error you found.
  3. We will forward your request to the original data provider, who will then evaluate the error you reported, and if needed, make corrections. The changes will appear on JustBooks.co.uk only after that change has been made.
  4. Let the process take its course. Because of all the checks involved, the process of making a correction can sometimes take several weeks, or even months, to complete. But don't worry -- if your correction is submitted, it will be reviewed.
